Return and Refund Policy
Your bars should arrive looking and tasting like the angels they are. If not, here’s what happens next.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns on unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
• sealed and in its original packaging
• in the same condition you received it
• with no bars missing or opened
Because our bars are consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened or part-used boxes. This is in line with UK hygiene regulations for consumable goods.
How do I request a return?
Email us at orders@honestlyiam.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll send you return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
My order arrived damaged or faulty.
We’re really sorry if this happens.
Please email us at orders@honestlyiam.com with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
We’ll sort it quickly with either a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to swap your order for another flavour, we can do that once the returned box arrives in perfect condition.
We’ll confirm this with you once we receive your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
